The sea bass from Chay was a true delight for both the eyes and the taste buds. We ordered the chef's suggestion, which was wonderful 🥰 and the plate for my little one was marvelous, full of colors and flavors... she loved the strawberry ketchup 🍓, a real discovery. Very affordable prices for a magnificent setting and refined cuisine. We wouldn't hesitate to come all the way from Cognac just to eat here. See you very soon!

What can I say but BRAVO and THANK YOU!!! From the parsley-seasoned razor clams to the seared tuna with tarragon tartar sauce, not forgetting the beef tataki with strawberry ketchup, and the sea bass fillet with pearl barley risotto, we gently drifted towards the gourmet coffee and its sweet treats. Everything was perfectly cooked, with refined seasonings and impeccable presentation!! Add to that generous portions and friendly, efficient service, and what more could you ask for? Thank you for this wonderful experience; I'll definitely be back, I highly recommend it!!!

We had dinner at this restaurant and were very disappointed. We ate with flies buzzing around us throughout the meal. The mixed salad was poor quality; it was just green salad. The slice of nougat glacé was as thin as cigarette paper. Very expensive for what you get. Strongly not recommended.

I was already familiar with La Madrague, and I can say that La Loubine du Chay is in keeping with what they were doing, which is to say, very well. With a few small adjustments and little touches from the chef in the kitchen, which is very pleasant and appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed it 😋. As for the service, it remains true to form: professional, friendly, and kind. Thank you to Anaïs and Vincent, you're fantastic 👍. Best of luck to the new owner, keep up the good work, it's really great. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back.
