On an evening stroll in charming La Rochelle, we were looking for a place to eat. On Google, the listing that stood out was for a small restaurant behind the market. We walked through the alleys and streets, filled with people sitting in the restaurants. The discovery of Aperta was amazing, we were happy thay find a table for us. The service was charming and pleasant, and the food should be written about separately, it was simply excellent, all the dishes were excellent, we left plates cleen & shiny... Thank you very much.

A fantastic restaurant that deserves to be better known. The cuisine is inventive, the dishes are perfect for sharing, and you'll discover new and subtle flavors. Plus, the staff are wonderful, offering great advice and attentive service. Thank you for a lovely time spent with you.

We had a wonderful discovery with Aperta. From the warm welcome and coffee to the original dishes with their fresh flavors, we appreciated the finesse and subtlety in both the preparation and presentation. The service is impeccable, and Hugo's cooking is superb. We will gladly return.

A must-visit in La Rochelle! A great restaurant. The best place to spend quality time, whether with friends or family. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always in good spirits. The food is delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting. Clean restrooms. In short, an address not to be missed.

I had the opportunity to have lunch at Aperta one day, as I had heard nothing but good things about it, and this was confirmed at the table. Very well located in the heart of La Rochelle, the dishes are carefully prepared and delicious! A wonderful discovery, and a special mention to Olivia for her warm welcome and kindness. I highly recommend it!
