Café Leffe

Excellent welcome. Affordable menu with very good fresh, homemade products. Impeccable service from Nicolas and his humor, as well as Leia and her smile. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great time with family or friends.

During our stay, we went twice. Both times were excellent. The oysters from Île de Ré were delicious and the shrimp were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service was very good and attentive.

A very good time. Warm welcome and they were very considerate of our cruise time. Perfect view of the port. Delicious dishes (the duck breast sauce was excellent!). Succulent pineapple tiramisu. 👌🏾 Homemade products at a very reasonable price. Note: there are stairs to the restrooms... Perfect 👍🏾

The food was very tasty, when we actually got to it. Oysters as a starter, tuna as the main course. The tuna arrived before the oysters. These were then taken back because the oysters were supposed to be the starter. The oysters finally arrived about 60 minutes after we ordered them. The main course arrived promptly. However, we asked for water seven times before it was finally brought. We didn't leave a tip.

Thank you to all the servers and cooks, I had a great time! I recommend this bar. I ate here for a week and I have to admit it was great!

I love the taste of Italian lavazza coffee! I love the location of this cafe, in the heart of La Rochelle on the Place des Dames. This is where the ladies greeted fishermen and sailors. The large terrace has lovely umbrellas. The interior is a cozy, old-fashioned cafe. I like to come here when it's not too crowded, so I can linger for an hour or two over a cup of coffee ☕️. Today is such a day in the morning, but by lunchtime it gets busier. Sunday! Wonderful atmosphere! Pleasant, loyal staff! I recommend it!

Beautiful view of the towers and old harbor. Leffe beer served chilled is very fresh and we love it!

Don't go if you're hungry. The portions are disastrous. A €15 salad 🥗 with two pieces of lettuce and three measly pieces of melon 🍈! A real shame! The seafood 🦞 🌊 is frozen. Avoid at all costs!

We had a wonderful meal. The set menus are delicious. The atmosphere around the port is so relaxing. The servers are friendly. Simply thank you.
