Open this Sunday despite the closure notice posted on the website! Complete lack of friendliness, but thankfully the sandwiches are better than the staff.

An industrial-style bakery chain with mediocre bread, poor service, and unpleasant staff, just like its manager. That says it all.

I'm really disappointed. I love their cookies and go there every day, but the service is always terrible. The staff are all incredibly unpleasant; it's almost as if we're bothering them, which really spoils the quality of this bakery.

One of the few bakeries in La Rochelle with such a lack of friendliness. The saleswoman was stubborn and haughty. Their card machine wasn't working, my payment was debited without the transaction going through, and they made no effort to understand the situation. A very disappointing experience. Still no apology from them.

It's a shame the waitress (not the youngest one) was as unpleasant as a creaking door in the middle of the night. Her over-the-top friendliness when I announced I'd be paying for two at the checkout surprised everyone. Disappointing because the food itself was very good.

The staff was extremely unpleasant. They added items we hadn't ordered without warning. No greeting, no smile. Luckily, we checked the price because they quoted us a higher price than the menu we ordered, without offering us a credit card receipt or till receipt. Avoid at all costs!!

I went there this morning To get some doughnuts for myself And a snack for my son But there were so many delicious choices that I got lost before making a decision! The staff were welcoming and smiling! Thank you for that; I had just come from a difficult appointment, and you made me smile. (I apologize for being interrupted by a phone call; it was unfortunately important.)
