A lovely restaurant, not a tourist trap, with a charming decor and delicious seafood. The servers are attentive and helpful. I recommend the mackerel rillettes! Thank you for your kindness.

No complaints! Service was fine, and the food was excellent (the chocolate mousse seemed to be homemade, as advertised), from the charcuterie to the fish. Go without hesitation! 😉

A small restaurant in the narrow streets of La Rochelle with a terrace where you can dine al fresco and order excellent seafood platters. Eric is very welcoming and the service is quick.

Went here for the Skype de Poissons but it didn't live up to others. The crevettes were ok but only 4 with mayonnaise...quite standard fare. The pavement vibe wasn't that great either. The orice-quality ratio effectively means we felt overcharged especially when presented with the pdq for paying with instructions to select the tip to be added which came across as quite tacky so a tip was declined and after that the dear waitress didn't want to speak!

We had a wonderful meal, it was perfect! The platter was very generous, with two absolutely delicious dishes (we especially loved the Thai tuna tartare recommended by the waitress, and the octopus and chorizo ​​salad) and two equally divine desserts (chocolate mousse and tiramisu). The staff were also excellent, very friendly. We were looking for a good seafood restaurant and we weren't disappointed. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

Excellent little restaurant. Lots of choice on the main menu and a list of daily specials. We both had the shrimp gazpacho, then shared crevette rose in a curry sauce and tuna crudo. Shared the cheese plate. Strong wine list.

Recommended by our hotel, we had a wonderful time. The staff is very friendly and the waitress has a great sense of humor, which is very pleasant. The seafood is excellent and the platters are very generous. We recommend this restaurant for a delicious seafood experience.

Our first day of 3 in La Rochelle and we were looking forward to a seafood dinner. This was the nearest restaurant to where we were staying and it serves the type of food we were looking for so booked a table online. It was a super hot day but had just started to rain so only indoor seating was available. It’s cozy inside with small tables relatively close together. The menu is very seafood orientated with lots of seafood platters as well as oysters, prawns, crab etc. I ordered some oysters and half a crab and my wife the prawns and a half a crab. All the food was excellent and tasted so fresh. The bread and butter was also great! The nice thing about seafood is that you are not overly full after 2 courses so a dessert is on the cards! I had the mixed cheese and my wife the chocolate mousse - tasted as good as the rest of the meal. Staff very friendly and spoke good English. What a marvellous evening.
