Pazza Notte

A true gem! 🇮🇹✨ We had a wonderful time at Pazza Notte. The dishes were absolutely delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can taste the true flavors of Italy in every plate, and that makes all the difference. Everything was perfectly executed, from the appetizer to the dessert. A huge thank you to Victor, our server, who was exceptional! Smiling, attentive, warm, and very professional, he greatly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable. The kind of service we wish we saw more often! If you're looking for an Italian restaurant where the food is excellent, with a friendly atmosphere and impeccable service, go for it without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will return with great pleasure!

A very good restaurant, varied menu, beautiful view, a very pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. Ask for Victor, a smiling and exceptionally pleasant waiter. He's the kind of person who makes you want to come back, and that's exactly what I did. Absolutely fantastic!

Good for eating, that's it. Barely finished, and already cleared away.

We all had a fantastic meal, despite the restaurant being full. We had various pasta dishes and lasagna. Everything was wonderful and the price was absolutely fair 👍 Keep up the good work!

A very pleasant place. I had the salmon tartare, which was excellent. We were served by Kilian, who was lovely. I recommend this restaurant if you're ever in La Rochelle.

The food was pretty okay. The arrabiata was correct. The service was very rushed. Everything had to be done quickly.

Could not get worse than this. Ordered Demi tourteau which is a half cooked crab served cold. I was shocked to discover it was covered in sand and when brought to the waiters attention I was told it was fresh! While that may be true there is a difference between "fresh" and correctly prepared food, and this was neither. I paid my bill and left but would warn anyone to avoid this restaurant as I would be concerned for the cleanliness of the kitchen if this could be served.

Tourist trap. The meal for six was going quite well until we sent back a glass of champagne that was bad, and the waiter told us we had no sense of smell. He brought us the same champagne again, treating us like idiots. Avoid it...

Be warned: if you ask for a slice of lemon in your Coke (€5), they'll add €0.40 for the slice. Unacceptable! And the unpleasant waiter is just as bad.

Passing through La Rochelle on July 14th, we ate at Pazza Notte. We ordered two pizzas, both with far too much dough and very little topping, and overpriced. The worst part was the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts) at €12.50, which consisted of ridiculous little pastries, as the photo clearly shows...

Excellent restaurant, friendly and pleasant staff, impeccable service, delicious food. I'll definitely be back! Thank you again.

A somewhat disappointing experience... We came for a family drink late in the morning. The service (if you can even call it that) left much to be desired. Our daughter asked for a glass of water, and they encouraged her to get a bottle of mineral water. We ordered a cappuccino, and that was the last straw! Once the foam had settled, there was only a tiny bit of coffee left. At €7.50 for a cappuccino, you expect a decent amount. We would have preferred to go to Starbucks. We would have gotten our money's worth. Also, the state of the restrooms doesn't exactly inspire confidence in trying the kitchen if it's in the same filth. In short, avoid this place!
