Eat Salad

I'm often on the road for work and I regularly stop here. Honestly, it's nice to eat something other than fast food. The salads are generous, the ingredients look fresh, and the staff is always friendly. It's quick, clean, and there's always room to eat in peace. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

Bad opening hours, unpleasant customer service, and hair in the food – I definitely do not recommend it.

On a business trip to the La Rochelle area, we chose this restaurant for fresh and healthy food, and we were very glad we did. It was hot outside and cool inside… The service was very quick and there was a wide selection. We ate in and also got takeout to eat at the hotel that evening.

He was out of watermelon for the delivery, and he offered me a cookie to compensate for the inconvenience – that's adorable, thank you!

For a €15 salad, I find it very sparsely filled… very disappointed

Passing through La Rochelle on our way to our holiday destination, we took advantage of a shopping break in the Puilboreau shopping area to stop for lunch at Eat Salad. The concept is quite simple: you create your own dish: a base and 4, 6, or 8 ingredients. It's fresh, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Then there's a wide selection of desserts and drinks. A large, air-conditioned dining room and a shaded terrace are available. It's located behind Decathlon. Parking is very easy.

Perfect for a composed salad. Allows you to create your own mix. Fast service. Price slightly above average, but the quality justifies it.

I don't know if it was the flies flying everywhere around the food, landing on it, or the spider I found in my plate, but I won't be coming back, that's for sure!
